Jennifer worked with BOSCO Uganda as the Executive Director from February 2020 to May 2022. Before that, she worked with HORIZONT3000 for over 13 years in various capacities, most recently as Senior Programme Officer for Finance Project in East Africa overseeing projects in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. Before that, she worked as Senior Programme Officer for Technical Assistance Programme, in Uganda. She supported the development and Implementation of over 50 successful projects financed through various donors. She also worked with AGEH and John Paul II Justice and Peace Centre as a Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation officer, supporting various partners and peace workers in Kenya, Uganda, and South Sudan in PME and organizational capacity development. She has also worked with various other donors and Development Partners, among which are ADA, DKA Austria, BSIN, Caritas Slovakia, AGEH, University of Notre Dame, Accenture, JICA, APC Locnet, EWB, Pathfinder, Archdiocese of Gulu.
