Programme Officer Gender Justice

Responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation and reporting of all field activities of the project. The Position holder also represents the NGS in various fora of stakeholders, especially Local Governments and Civil Society engagements

Paska has over 10 years of work in humanitarian emergencies, recovery/development and Research programs for National and International Organisations. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Community Economic Development (MCED) from The Open University of Tanzania and a Bachelor of Art in Development Studies from Kimmage Development Study Centre Ireland respectively. She attended professional training in Research Methodology, Trainer of Trainers on Land management and protection, management, administration, project cycle management and emergency programming. Certificate in community development, women and children protection programming and financial management- Save the Children International, Certificates of Tolerance building, conflict resolution, and protection of gender-based violence (GBV) survivors- Smith College University, MA USA.  Certificate in Protection and Emergency Programming –World Vision International. She is result-oriented with people-centred management skills, problem-solving and diplomacy skills. She has the self-motivation to work with minimum supervision.
