Monitoring visit from DKA Austria

Northlight Green Services (NGS) had the privilege of hosting a monitoring visit from our esteemed partners at DKA Austria. The visit provided an opportunity to review the progress of our ongoing initiative in strengthening Women and Youth Land Rights in Koch Goma Sub-county, Nwoya District. Together, we explored the potential for expanding the project to additional parishes, aiming to replicate our tested and impactful approach to empower women, youth, and persons with disabilities (PWDs) in achieving equitable land rights-thereby contributing to broader national development goals.

A key highlight of the visit was the direct engagement with district and local government leaders, Land Rights Defenders, and beneficiaries whose lives have been positively transformed through NGS interventions. These in-person interactions underscored the project’s tangible impact on resolving land rights conflicts within the community.
